Virgin offer a great customer quality promise. If you buy any of virgin wine and you don't like a bottle, they will credit your account for the full amount for that bottle. Also, if you have bought a whole case of one particular wine, then they will refund the whole case, including delivery, as soon as they have collected the rest of the wine from you (provided of course that you have only drunk one bottle from the case).
Virgin wines also offer a price guarantee on any wine you buy. If you buy wine from them and then find the same wine for sale in the UK at a cheaper price within 14 days (but not on promotion, special offer or in a sale) they will refund the difference!
Delivery - Delivery is £4.99 per daytime delivery and £6.99 per evening delivery (within M25 only) regardless of how many cases you order.
