What are my payment options?
The best method of payment is Direct Debit, as all payments not made by Direct Debit are subject to a monthly £2.00 administration fee. When you order online, we will request all the details necessary for them to set up a Direct Debit from your account. Alternatively, you can pay your bills by cheque at banks or by post. Or, you can pay by cash at banks or PayPoint outlets. You can also opt for e-billing, which means you can pay and manage your account online, without the hassle of a paper bill.
